- Create performance benchmarks and error-correction protocols for 100+ qubit quantum processors
- Secure patents for novel quantum gate designs and entanglement methodologies
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and ACM conferences
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum security standards and export regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proficiency with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
- Security clearance eligibility for government-funded quantum initiatives
- Fluency in Python/C++ with experience in high-performance computing environments
