Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 10,000+ qubit capacity
- Develop error correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for enterprise clients
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid computing workflows for industrial applications
- Author white papers and patents in top-tier journals (Nature, Science)
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in superconducting or photonic quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with HPC optimization experience
- Clearance for government quantum security projects (or ability to obtain)
