Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning problems
- Collaborate with physicists to translate theoretical quantum models into practical code
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen security systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Publication record in quantum information science or related fields
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex analysis
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions (e.g., IBM Q Experience)
