Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures for real-time AI decision-making
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization problems at planetary scale
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to develop brain-computer interfaces using quantum entanglement
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Develop quantum-resistant security protocols for critical infrastructure
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum machine learning principles
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or AI Systems with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published work in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and classical ML frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Certification in Quantum Ethics from recognized institutions
