Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms leveraging 2026's fault-tolerant hardware
- Optimize quantum neural networks for real-time predictive analytics
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum cryptography implementations
- Architect secure quantum communication networks with zero-knowledge protocols
- Translate quantum advantage metrics into tangible business value propositions
- Document quantum system specifications with ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Experience with quantum-safe cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to executive stakeholders
