Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures integrated with advanced AI frameworks
- Lead development of quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms
- Optimize quantum circuits for near-term hardware capabilities and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deploy quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen encrypted communications
- Pioneer research in quantum machine learning and quantum data analysis
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Mastery of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance methodologies
- Strong background in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants exceeding $1M
