Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-AI integration frameworks for enterprise deployment
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits optimized for machine learning workloads
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for predictive modeling and optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum research into production-ready solutions
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Author white papers and patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and computational complexity
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, or Physics
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science journals or IEEE Quantum
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
