Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI frameworks with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct advanced research in quantum neural networks and probabilistic computing
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-AI hybrid architectures

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in AI research with proven publication record (Nature/Science preferred)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, tensor networks, and probabilistic programming
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Experience with distributed computing on AWS/Azure quantum platforms
- Strong background in theoretical physics and computational complexity
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting AI projects
