- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature/Science journals and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for quantum-AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates and establish university partnerships for talent pipeline
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent industry experience)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning (3+ papers in top-tier venues)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters (HPC) and quantum annealing systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into practical implementations
- Strong background in Python/C++ and distributed computing frameworks
