Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for complex system optimization
- Lead experimental validation of quantum machine learning models on proprietary hardware
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI accelerators
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from NSF/DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or deep learning research
- Proficiency in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Published work in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Experience with quantum hardware interfaces (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
