Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural network architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum computing workflows
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research papers
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of current AI/ML frameworks and limitations
