Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum AI hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead integration of quantum algorithms with classical machine learning pipelines
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing protocols for real-world business scenarios
- Create predictive models using quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Architect secure quantum communication systems for sensitive data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quantum computing roadmaps
- Document quantum system performance metrics and optimization strategies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing journals
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
