Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-neural computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing proprietary quantum algorithms with <10ms latency
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors integrated with bio-inspired AI systems
- Pioneer novel error-correction techniques for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Translate theoretical quantum computing models into deployable enterprise solutions
- Secure $50M+ in quantum computing patents and publish in Nature/Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Neuroscience
- 5+ years building production quantum systems (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ experience)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization and quantum annealing
- Demonstrated experience scaling quantum-AI hybrid systems to 100+ qubits
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum information theory
