We're seeking a visionary Quantum AI Architect to design hybrid quantum-classical systems that will redefine computational boundaries. Lead R&D in fault-tolerant quantum algorithms, neural quantum networks, and autonomous AI decision frameworks. Collaborate with MIT-caliber researchers to build scalable solutions for drug discovery, climate modeling, and financial optimization. This role offers equity in our pre-IPO unicorn and access to our $50M quantum lab.
Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI integration frameworks using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop error-correction protocols for 100+ qubit quantum processors
- Design neural quantum networks for real-time adaptive systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum machine learning model deployment
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum-AI hybrid algorithms
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on quantum transition roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record deploying quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
