Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning architectures
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Create algorithms for quantum-enhanced optimization in logistics and finance
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum AI applications
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum supremacy research
- Secure patents for quantum neural network innovations
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and CUDA
- Familiarity with quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Strong background in linear algebra and tensor networks
