- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI model training.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects in emerging fields such as autonomous agents and neural rendering.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and product managers to secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary algorithms and user data.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver results in experimental R&D settings.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
