Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design of hybrid AI and quantum computing systems, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Define technical roadmaps and standards for AI model deployment, focusing on efficiency and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, quantum physicists, and product managers to drive product innovation.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, such as neuromorphic computing and advanced machine learning algorithms, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive the implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to support rapid iteration and deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field with 8+ years of experience.
- Proven track record of leading architecture for large-scale AI/ML systems (e.g., recommendation engines, NLP models, or predictive analytics).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing engineering teams and driving project success.
