Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure for The 2026 Initiative.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with quantum computing researchers and data scientists to integrate novel algorithms.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies for complex AI deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving projects from concept to production.
