Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for AI systems leading up to and through the 2026 transition, ensuring scalability and relevance.
- Advanced Model Architecture: Design and oversee the development of next-generation neural networks capable of handling complex, real-world cognitive tasks.
- Ethical Framework Implementation: Establish rigorous guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency to ensure responsible innovation.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of elite researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate high-level AI concepts into tangible, market-ready solutions.
- R&D Innovation: Explore emerging paradigms such as quantum computing integration and neuromorphic engineering to accelerate development timelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI research or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Adaptability: High proficiency in navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
