Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 product development cycles.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for high-volume data processing.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists in research and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, AGI) to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML architecture and software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, distributed systems, and data privacy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
