Responsibilities

- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical compliance of all AI deployments.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the organization.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
