Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the '2026' core AI framework, integrating Large Language Models with predictive analytics.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption across all product lines, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and UX to deliver seamless human-AI interfaces.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model explainability.
- Prototype and validate emerging technologies, such as edge computing and neuromorphic hardware, relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Drive technical strategy for cloud migration and quantum-readiness infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical initiatives and mentoring senior engineers.
- Strong understanding of the technological trends shaping 2026, including Quantum Readiness and Edge AI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
