Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of proprietary Generative AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy through advanced quantization and distributed training techniques.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate abstract 2026 vision requirements into concrete technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within the AI research lab.
- Ensure robust security and compliance standards are integrated into all AI model lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
