Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Communication: Answer and route incoming calls efficiently, take accurate messages, and respond to general inquiries via email or in person.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases by performing general data entry tasks and filing documents.
- Event Coordination: Support the organization of company events and meetings, including setting up conference rooms and catering logistics.
- Vendor Relations: Handle basic inquiries from service vendors and ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, approachable, and professional personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
