Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk, answering incoming calls, routing messages, and screening visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and prepare necessary materials for internal and client meetings.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends or evenings if required.
