- Manage a multi-line phone system and screen/direct calls with a professional demeanor.
- Greet and welcome guests and clients warmly upon arrival.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the management team.
- Order office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
