Responsibilities
- Greet all incoming guests and visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Answer and manage high-volume incoming calls, transferring them accurately to staff members.
- Manage the front desk, including handling mail, packages, and maintaining a clean reception area.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
