- Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and managing meeting rooms.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and other business correspondence.
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and special assignments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an office or administrative setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
