Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with a professional demeanor.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Order and track office supplies and inventory.
- Support the team with travel arrangements and event coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical capacity.
