Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our office operations. Your duties will include managing complex calendars, preparing detailed reports, and acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle data entry, maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems, and perform general office duties.
- Assist in the coordination of office events, client meetings, and internal functions.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general accounting support as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
