Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting arrangements, and handle travel logistics
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships for cost-effective procurement
- Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Screen and route communications while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Support onboarding processes and coordinate departmental events
- Implement digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
