Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including visitor reception and phone handling
- Organize office supplies and maintain tidy common areas
- Assist with document filing, scanning, and basic data entry
- Coordinate mail distribution and office equipment maintenance
- Support event preparation and meeting room setup
- Perform basic clerical tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily workflows
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school (ages 16-18)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Google Workspace, MS Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable transportation to/from our Houston location
- Ability to work 15-20 hours weekly after school/weekends
