Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, including cleaning services, IT support, and office suppliers, negotiating contracts and reviewing service quality.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide events, team building activities, and community outreach initiatives.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records for the office.
- HR Support: Support HR initiatives including onboarding new hires, managing employee records, and coordinating with benefits providers.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and internal staff, managing the reception area and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience with project management software is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external clients.
- Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle complex calendars.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting office challenges.
