Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a productive and organized work environment for all employees.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing contracts, renewals, and service quality to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Administrative Support: Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and handle complex scheduling for senior management.
- Team Coordination: Supervise office staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and holiday parties to boost employee morale.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an office management or administrative leadership role.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software (e.g., Salesforce, QuickBooks).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
