- Manage administrative staff, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements
- Handle budgeting, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Support HR initiatives onboarding, training, and employee relations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven expertise in administrative workflow optimization and process improvement
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing administrative teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficiency in budgeting, procurement, and contract management
