Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executive team
- Oversee administrative processes including onboarding and offboarding
- Supplement HR functions including recruitment coordination and policy implementation
- Handle vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Organize company events and meetings
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare reports and financial documentation for leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven budget management experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
