Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative staff (3-5 personnel) through performance reviews, scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Handle confidential HR documentation, employee onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level client communications
- Manage budget allocation for office expenses and vendor contracts
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with 100% data security compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience managing remote/hybrid teams and hybrid workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Must pass background check and possess valid Arizona driver's license
