- Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor coordination
- Manage executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for leadership team
- Handle incoming communications, mail processing, and front-desk reception duties
- Coordinate onboarding processes and maintain employee records in HR systems
- Implement office protocols for safety, security, and emergency procedures
- Manage administrative budgets and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive office management experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and office management software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
