Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of the Philadelphia office.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT support, cleaning, and office supplies.
- Prepare and manage office budgets, including expense reports and monthly reconciliation.
- Coordinate company-wide meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and a safe working environment.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
