Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, including supply inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Manage executive calendar coordination, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for leadership team
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires, including workspace setup and orientation coordination
- Develop and implement office policies while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and special events (company retreats, quarterly meetings)
- Supplement HR functions including performance documentation and benefits administration support
- Analyze operational workflows to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or hybrid environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Proven budget management experience with financial reporting capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate multi-departmental dynamics
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiations and contract management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive executive information
