Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Oversee facility maintenance, security protocols, and safety compliance
- Lead administrative team through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage budget reconciliation and expense reporting for departmental operations
- Serve as primary liaison for HR functions onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy enforcement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software (e.g., Asana, QuickBooks)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve operational challenges
- Knowledge of Tennessee employment laws and workplace safety regulations
- CHOM (Certified Healthcare Office Manager) or similar certification preferred
