- Develop annual departmental budgets and expense tracking protocols
- Lead onboarding programs for new hires with personalized training plans
- Organize company events and cross-departmental initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ADA workplace regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years progressive office management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Proven budget management exceeding $500K annually
- SHRM-SCP or CPM certification preferred
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder communication skills
