Responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, supplies inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless daily operations
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive team
- Oversee onboarding process, including new hire orientation and equipment setup
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Handle budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Lead administrative team members and cross-functional projects
- Act as primary liaison for facility management and maintenance requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and office management software
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong leadership experience with team management and conflict resolution
- Austin residency or willingness to relocate to Austin required
