Responsibilities
- Oversee all office operations including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Manage administrative staff and coordinate cross-departmental projects
- Develop and maintain $500K+ office budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Implement workplace safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and community initiatives
- Optimize office workflows using Microsoft 365 and Asana systems
- Serve as primary HR liaison for onboarding, offboarding, and policy updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- 3+ years managing office operations in tech or professional services
- Expertise in budgeting, procurement, and facilities management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Certification in office management (e.g., AOM) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
