Responsibilities
- Oversee all office administrative functions including supply inventory, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting logistics
- Lead HR initiatives including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Act as primary point of contact for building management and security protocols
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and purchasing approvals
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and special events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation preferred
