Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and supply chain logistics
- Manage administrative staff and optimize workflow efficiency across departments
- Develop and implement office policies while ensuring regulatory compliance
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level meeting logistics
- Lead budget management for office expenditures and procurement processes
- Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
- Implement and maintain digital office management systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive office management experience in corporate or hybrid environments
- Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and expense control experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- CHOM or similar certification preferred
