Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate executive calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Oversee onboarding processes and employee administrative support
- Implement and optimize office procedures for maximum efficiency
- Manage budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Lead facility management, including space planning and safety compliance
- Support HR initiatives including recruitment coordination and policy implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted)
- Proven experience as Office Manager or Administrative Lead in corporate environments

- Strong knowledge of office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
