Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Manage administrative staff through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement office policies that enhance efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate complex logistics for meetings, events, and executive travel
- Manage office budget, expense reports, and inventory control systems
- Serve as primary point of contact for building management and maintenance requests
- Lead onboarding processes and maintain comprehensive HR documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Minimum 5 years progressive office management experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Deep knowledge of Indiana labor laws and HR best practices
