Responsibilities
- Oversee all office administration, including supply inventory, facilities maintenance, and vendor management
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for C-suite leadership
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes with HR collaboration
- Develop and implement office protocols for safety, efficiency, and sustainability
- Handle payroll processing, expense reports, and budget tracking
- Plan company events, team-building activities, and holiday celebrations
- Supervise administrative staff and provide performance guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive office management experience in tech/startup environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate executive priorities
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Certification in Facilities Management or Project Management preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
