Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Answer incoming calls, screen and redirect as necessary, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of company documents and client information.
- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including greeting visitors and managing the reception area.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
- Meeting Support: Schedule appointments, prepare meeting agendas, and take minutes during staff meetings.
- Customer Support: Assist visitors and clients with inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a consistent weekly schedule.
